How stupid do I feel!



I came across Pure Lift Ultra on a site that advertised free "stuff" and decided to try the Pure Lift Ultra 14 day free trial. Even before I got the product there was a debit in my credit account for over $70. I was flabbergasted! But being the wait and see person I am I waited.



When I eventually received the product I thought I may as well use it seeing I am paying for it.  It might be good.  As a product it seems ok. However the following month I received 3 more bottles and again my account was debited for over $70.



I looked up on the net for any kind of address and eventually found them, apart from alot of complaints along the same line.  They are now known as Clear Lift and the site I located the number on is on www.clearlift.com. Under "Contact Us" I found a toll free number I could ring from Australia and cancelled my "subscription" immediately.  The person on the other end of the phone said that as I had called so soon I had two extra bottles free.



They are obviously aware of the many complaints against them as they have quite a bit written about their advertising policies on their site.



When I said to her about the way the "free" product was advertised she just said I had to look at the small print. Ah well - silly me for not reading the small print.



I was ok with that and felt lesson learned - won't do that again. Then yesterday I checked my credit account and find 3 small amounts totalling about $20 + international transaction fees taken from my account over the past two weeks - taking me into an overdraft.



These debits were in the name of "ezykit" and "elite package".  I did a search on "ezykit" and found a lot of complaints, just like Purelift. 



A further search led me to a site www.acaibunpremium.com. They did not have me on their records but they were able to give me two Australian Toll free numbers to ring 1800 686 513 to cancel World Club Fitness Package (elite) and 1800 156 711 to cancel Weight Loss Resources(ezykit). I had to ring both in order to cancel my "subscriptions".  I received emails from each confirming my cancelations



When I first applied for the free trial offer with Pure Lift I was given an option to subscribe to these packages or for an upgraded postal service. I chose the upgraded postal service but was subscribed to these affiliates regardless.

Every time I see some so called employee of Pure lift paste these groveling comments about customer satisfaction I feel my blood boil.  They have at times mentioned live chat options that don't exist, because any real live chat spot would be jumping, I can assure you. 

These liars have dipped into my credit card for nearly 200, even after I canceled.  I sent their poxy cream back to the address advised over the phone (international call) which was neither of the addresses on the dispatch note, by recorded delivery, with the cancellation number.  They sent me an email from [email protected] about "return instructions".  When I hit the reply button asking for confirmation of cancellation, this eventually came back as a mail failure as the yahoo account is false.

The address I sent the product back to is actually a mail processing place BTB Mailflight Ltd.  If you look them up on the web, you will find they offer a consumer call centre, which Pure lift probably don't want to use because a) BTB Mailflight Ltd is probably a legitimate company; and b) it wouldn't cost so much to phone in the UK.

Within 24 hours of, I got another tube of the stuff.  I phoned again and they claimed it was in the pipeline anyway.  Mendacious onanists.  I've sent that back as well, but have yet to see any money.  I am not walking away from this.  Good luck to all protagonists against thieves.

Hello!

I rang and cancelled my subscription. Yet you and your associated affiliates who did not have any permission still take my money continue to access my account. What part of CANCEL do you not understand? I rang your Australian number recently and low and behold - YOUR NOT ANSWERING!

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.

Thanks for your rebuttal.  How long did it take for you to cut and paste your script?  I have read other rebuttals from your company and they are all the same.

Regardless of my ringing to cancel my non-existent subsciption to stop your lot taking money from my account your company still persists in removing small amounts, no doubt thinking they won't be noticed or acted on.

What does it take to get you to stop?
