Next time try puremeds.com for contact info. Or better yet email [email protected] Also, ALWAYS ready the terms and conditions on a webpage that you are putting your credit card number in. It only makes sense. Puremeds Refunds people who forgot to cancel their memberships within 30 days of receiving the order. Or Better yet, just cancel your membership and only pay 5 bucks for your pills.

I had the same issue. Called the number that came on my credit card bill and the customer service person stated she would cancel all further occurrences of the billings. It doesn't get the money I've already spent back, but should prevent them from further billings. The Phone # is 866-875-8179
