As we have already told you via email, we are sorry to hear about your issue. We know, without a doubt, that you were not billed by us. Somebody ONLY used your address to earn credit for a fraud order. We informed you to simply do nothing and dispose of the bottles you received. I am sorry for any time that you wasted on this, but as we have stated numerous times now, you were not charged, you were not required to do anything. We answered every you wrote within 2hrs of receiving it. We have been polite and understanding with the situation and have offered to help in any way possible.
