I am sorry to hear that you not only were the victim of fraud, but also treated badly by one of our customer service agents.
Unfortunately, we do not operate our customer service center. It is an offshore company that we try to stay on top of as much as possible, but issues like yours do happen from time to time.
Regarding the fraud that occured, we operate a reseller program in which people can send clicks to us to try and generate sales, in which we pay them for. We do get people sometimes who send fraud sales. Please send all the information regarding the fraud that occured to [email protected] and we will try to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. You should not have to pay for something that you did not order.

I was also a victim of this company last week,but so far, there have been no charges to credit cards. At the suggestion of the FBI, I've changed all of my credit card numbers.
How were these bogus purchases charged? Were they charged to credit cards or by using bank routing numbers and checking account numbers?
Please let us future victims know, so we can take appropriate actions.
