i have tried since friday the 16th of july to get my 24.99 returned to my account with no responce other than them saying we have sent this to the rightful person we will try and answer within 15mins but it may take an hour or more that started on friday the 16 th i did finally get an answer on sunday the 18th saying i should have been told it would be monday the 19th before anyone would be able to answer well here it is 4:05 central time still no answer i also have lost approx 15,000,00 in play money due to their equipment messing up there rules for players club is 24:99 a month fee and with that i get 165,000 in play money but i can only get approx 5,000,00a day i told them its my money i want it when i want it so they removed from players club but still no money i am really getting sick and tired of this run around and my money is still sitting in there account so if you need anymore info please dont hesitate to let me know and thank you in advance
