 A friend sent a parcel from Mission BC to me in Assiniboia Saskatchewan on September 26 2015 she paid for the shipping as Purolator will not send a parcel unless it is paid for when you go to the store to ship it they do not ship COD for people sending parcels The people at the store have to check all the information for the senders name, address and phone number also postal code, the person had made a mistake on my address but was not told about it but was told everything was fine and took the parcel, my friend had the receipt but because she had to rush to work and misplaced the receipt, The parcel was sent by Purolator to there Regina Saskatchewan depot for shipping to me in Assiniboia where their (Purolator) driver came to Assiniboia and scanned the parcel for the address the scanner said no such address so it was returned to Regina and then back to Mission BC where they called me to check on my address and sent it out again and the driver again did a scan and got the same " no such address again and returned again to Regina where they called me and asked for my information again and said they had it right and had it sent out again, this parcel had been on more trips back and forth and so many different people checking and delivering to a so called non existing address before I finally received it close to October 26 when lough and behold it was finally delivered. The delivery person was on another route for a Month or 2 and had just come back the day of my delivery and I asked why he could find my address and for close to a month no driver could find it gee whiz I asked him and he said scanner said no such address but he actually had enough brains to look for the address while on the street and had no trouble finding it, if tis man knew enough to use common sense what the hell was wrong with the others Purolator needs to train their employees how to use common sense and their brain once in a while instead of thinking electronics are always right, they also need to have people trained to do the parcel shipping in their outlet depots as the people in London Drugs Mission BC are basically cluless as I had shipped other parcels from there myself and only one older staff member knew what she was doing, teens want a paycheck but most do not pay attention or care about the work. NO WAY PUROLATOR am I paying when the parcel had been paid for when originally sent my friend sent change from a $100.00 bill to me from paying the 81.00 at London Drugs or it would not have been shipped one parcel is not a company shipping and being billed or paying COD Also Mr. Patrick Nangle President and CEO how about better accuracy and Customer Service people would help since you collection person Sue was supposed to find out what was going on and get back to me she did not I got a letter from a collection agency and am not paying you!!
