PUROLATOR PULATOR CURRIER DRIVER IS VIOLENT, SNOTTY AND USES PROFANITY TOWARDS CUSTOMER. Belleville Ontario
The Purolator courier who drives the Purolator truck licence plate, 956 IWN, is violent, snotty and uses profanity towards customers.
This driver has a light beard and delivers in the Belleville, Napanee Ontario area.
This Purolator courier brought a package to me, I signed for the package, he wanted more information from me, I proceeded to give important information about the name and address of the location. The Purolator courier got impatient, violent and smashed the package and walked back to the truck with it.
The Purolator courier stole the package because I had already signed for it and he took it. The Purolator courier used profanity and is outright crazy.
The Purolator courier is a bully, has no clue how to work with the public and should be fired and replaced.

I received a phone call from a manager from PUROLATOR 43 Tank Farm Rd. RR6 Belleville ON K8N 4Z6 calling from the phone number, (613)967-9792 that came up PRIVATE NUMBER.
The manager would not do anything to help. The manager was snotty and negative just like the driver.
The manager said he believes everything his driver said. That means the customer can sign for the package and or letter and the driver can walk off with it, steal it right in front of you and it is ok and fine with this PUROLATOR manager because he believes everything his driver says.
They sound like an inbred bunch at PUROLATOR in Belleville who are all the same.
Actually the guy who made a previous comment that he didn't believe could have been the PURLOATOR manager who phoned or another one from PUROLATOR.

Like the other reports of Purolator say, ''The Rude Drivers''., pretty much hits the nail on the head. There is not much to the story to tell, the Purolator driver was impatient, violent and didn't want to listen to myself as a customer and threw a tantrum.
I called the Purolator toll free number, reported the incident and nobody phoned back from Purolator yet. I guess Purolator can steal your package after you sign for it and figure nobody is going to say anything.
