Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had to give one star.  Steer clear of this lady she claims she knows how to design a site she doesn t have a clue.  She is a rip off artist tries to sale you her logos instead of things you have already paid for.  I just got off the phone with her and she told me to shut up .She was hosting my new site and I was in the process of transferring my files she knew this and just told me on the phone she deleted them, I said why what were they hurting just sitting there for the other company to retreive them her response was i didnt want them there.  She also terminated my site on Friday a day early 7from her email.  She is vendictive and mean.  The other hosting company has told me this problem is from her personally!!!!!  My files are missing just enough code they are having a hell of a time .    AVOID she has no clue how to make a site work and cant work under pressure, she takes 4 or 5 days to do anything.  She sleeps til noon so you cant talk to her before that. She has an excuse for everything and assumes no responsibillity blames it all on someone else.  To top all this off she will WITHOUT your permission sign you up for some domino barter site which she also runs and then say you owe fees and late fees.....WTH?  I never signed up for this site she did not have my permission to do so.  I have proof from go daddy she shut my site off a day early to prevent inmotion to transfer my files and I have proof from in motion she deleted my files .  Stay clear and I mean clear .. If things dont go her way she will destroy your site by sabatosh,.

All False. Here is the Evidence.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, October 09, 2012

Brenda **** (aka Shireman) hired me about a year ago to build a very small and very cheap web page for her house cleaning business. She was happy enough with that to ask me for help with her coupon web site several months later. I was hired to be a consultant and perform technical support for the coupon web site. I can provide e-mails from Brenda, time-sheets, invoices, and receipts proving what I was hired to do. She wanted to build the site so fast that she decided to go with the only confirmed option (and cheapest that we were aware of then) for getting exactly what she wanted immediately.

That company was in India. Brenda went to their web site and paid them online. Brenda was paying me to be up Skyping and e-mailing them at all hours of the night due to the time difference. Also, there was certainly going to be some tech talk, so I handled the communication barrier and made sure they knew exactly how she wanted the site to be customized. Brenda was copied on e-mails throughout the entire process.  I have e-mails to show how unhappy she was with their speed and service, but she was happy with me. I also have e-mails and recorded phone calls between her and me which prove that I am awake and working far earlier than noon.

After the India company got the coupon site completed, she still owed me a second payment of $159. She acknowledged the debt, but still tried to justify not paying me. I told her to either pay me what she owed me, or contact someone else the next time she needs anything. She never paid me. I decided that I didnt want to continue doing business with someone like that, so I refunded her entire barter payment for the hosting.

I informed her in an e-mail that she needed to move her web files and database by Saturday. I have e-mail documentation from the hosting company that her files were not removed from my account until Monday (2 days AFTER I said I would delete her domain from my account). I didnt corrupt any files or even delete individual files. I simply removed her entire domain from my account all at once 2 days after I said I would. I have the proof to show anyone who wants the truth.

Brenda **** is spinning the story out of context when she tells people that I told her to shut up. Please click here if you would like to hear that recorded conversation which she approved to be recorded.

About Domino Barter. She claims to know nothing about it, but she sent me an e-mail asking for help using it. I have that e-mail. I also have software documentation of her logging in to her barter account (from her own IP address) and viewing different pages including the Membership Agreement.

Furthermore, when I told Brenda in an e-mail that I had refunded her entire barter payment, she never indicated that she didnt know about any barter payment in the first place. She didnt ask what I was talking about, and she didnt deny being a member of Domino Barter. Click Here for e-mails. She joined Domino Barter willingly, and she was originally very happy that she could save some cash by bartering.

Now, Brenda is upset because whoever she hired to move her site did not get it done properly. So, since I am the one who made it mandatory for her to move it in the first place, naturally I am the target for her anger.
