I contacted this company about a job hauling crude oil making 23% of the load was promised newer equipment instead I got a million mile truck that was not ready to work due to repairs still being completed which took over 4 days did three of my training ride along days during that time frame so truck was not a big issue the issue came when I tried to get a trailer . It took 5 days to get a working trailer and all accessories needed to get to finish my training. I continued my training which consisted of 3-4 days following my trainer for which I completed. But before you can get to haul on your own you have to test out (skills test) so they cover there a*s when their sh*tty equipment malfunctions or breaks they'll blame you.

For which i still have not gotten to take. This not just another b*tchy driver this company is crap. It's plain and simple good olboy system here staff in the company own trucks that are leased on to the company that they dispatch. As of today there are 70 drivers and 36 loads available most of these drivers that are working are pulling one load a day and the favs get 2+ each load pays around $175-200 per load u Need 2 loads to make it worth being up here. I have been on will call for a week now waiting for work. All with No pay I've been here going on three weeks now please don't fall for there bs Im stuck here until I can find a new job. Hopefully I can make at least enough to get home. Pay Slim to non not worth it

Company promises steady freight not true will sit on will call for days than get one load then back on will call. Equipment is not what's advertised 2005 and older trucks 700,000 plus miles average they will not repair the trucks properly. Trucks will not pass dot inspections due to shop cutting corners and lack of formally trained mechanics. If you know what a wrench looks like they'll hire you as a mechanic. If your truck does break down your be waiting atleast 4-5 days to get it fixed for minor repairs. Pay is two weeks behind if they pay you on time, which they will not. Company lacks any structure or safety culture.

Constantly see drivers pulling into the local bar (around jobsite)getting sh*t faced getting back in their trucks and driving back to the jobsite to sleep a couple of hours and then drive again still drunk. They will want you to haul oil in a tanker one day then the next day they want you to rinse it out with water when it's -5 degrees outside so you can haul freshwater for frac sites but that does not get all the oil out. these drilling companies pay for clean fresh water not an oil/water mix. then when the fresh water freezes in the lines they want you to use a torch on the frozen valves or fittings to thaw them out. I don't have a death wish. They will tell you this is safe they do it all the time but the tank still has residual oil slick coating the tank walls that off gases flammable vapors.

They will avoid properly cleaning tanks before hauling freshwater to save money at the expense of the drivers safety and their customers. Tanks need to be thoroughly steam cleaned by a certified tank cleaning facility. When I brought their lack of safety to their attention I was blown off and told if I didn't want to do it I could go home. Needless to say this company has serious issues. Really good advertisement and website design to hide the truth. it's a real slide of hand situation. This company formally wylie bice trucking was bought out by quality carriers of Tampa Florida in June of 2012 so they could get their hands into the oil market. The management at this company knows this is going on and they turn a blind eye to profits. Wake up quality carriers Clean house at this newly bought nightmare.

Thanks for reading hopefully you will not grace this company with your time or business.

I would like to contact "FEED UP" who did two rip off reports on those two companies. I think he meant his name to be "Fed Up."  I know about those companies he mentioned in the North Dakota Oil Patch.

Qc energy covers up safety rating after buying wylie bice trucking

This company previously wylie bice trucking had a conditional rating on their operating authority which if they continued the trend they were on would of ended up getting their authority to haul pulled and being out of service as a company. I would hate to see their OSHA violation history.

New safety rating for same company same employees and trucks only thing that changed was who owns it. How is it legal to do a name change on a company and give them a clean slate. Same previous owner still has ownership in the company. Again how is this legal. Once deemed unsafe now spotless safety record.

Dot needs to step in to fix this.
