Q.I. Fashion-Hip Hop Kickz I placed an order almost a month ago. The took my money out of the account ($460.00) they did not send all my items and they sent a wrong item. I explained to them that I am in Afghanistan and I really needed to get the gifts home for the holidays since I would not be there. A month later I have not heard nothing from them I email and call everyday but no response. Japan Internet
I am currently working in Afghanistan. I placed an order with HIP HOP KICKZ on Dec. 1st. which totaled $460.00. Their policy is not to take money out of your account until they have all of the items and then they send a conformation email. The next day the money was gone and I did not recieve an email.
Five days later I emailed them wanting to know the status of my order. They replyed and said that everything had been shipped except one sweater. About a week later all I got in the mail was the pair of shoes I ordered.
Two weeks later I got a box of clothes misssing one sweater I ordered and then a wrong sweater which I did not order. I email and did not get a response for two days. I tried calling them and all I get is a Voicemail that does not allow you to leave a message.
Finally they responded three days ago and said that my items "were coming soon" Now on the 19th I have not heard anything else from them. I have sent several emails with no respone.
I stated to them that I was very disatisfied with the way they do business and I would not order from them in the future. Still no response. They have the $460.00 and I am missing two items they charged me $180.00 for.
Its a shame how some people will just ripe you off for no reason. Its like I am fighting two wars. One Freedom and the other for my clothes.
