QRS Moving & Storage NEVER USE QRS MOVING CO Commerce City Colorado
I was given a quote from a person called john, this is after i had given him a complete list of all goods to be moved. this was based on 930 cuft for a total of $2497. I made a down payment of $418 down. On pickup day they arrived on time and told me that I had a lot more. and there were around 1200 cuft. after loading the truck I was told there were 1229 cuft. and that it would cost $3429 I then paid $1505 half the cost, remainder to be paid on delivery.
Pick up was on Dec 2ed and goods were to be delivered on Dec 6th in Texas.
We arrived in Texas on Dec the 4th and was told everything was running on time. Make a long story short. We did not receive our goods until Dec 17th.
After many phone calls and no return calls from QRS.
On delivery day the van was unpacked and space taken up by our goods was only 1050 cuft, this $533 that were over charged. Driver told me that I would have to take it up with the Company. Now I have called 7 times to Co. for some one in charge and no one is ever in, ask for some one to call me, guess what no one has called.
There were 9 items broken or dented, dinged. Was told to file claim with third party. This is a JOKE !!
THIS IS THE WORST MOVING CO I HAVE EVER USED..... DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH THIS CO TO MOVE ANYTHING ANY WHERE. VERY BAD!!!
