It's a matter of public record that Mel Copper, Dave Copper, Eric Ramos were, if not partners, a big part of Frontline USA along with David Bernstein. I believe Frontline has several lawsuits and/or judgments filed against it. Mel and Dave Cooper formed Universal Gateway with David Bernstein after splitting with him they then formed MED Com. ( Mel,Eric,Dave ) . Louis was Small World and was made a partner in MED Com. You can't just wipe out the pending and public information of lawsuits by forming a new company by changing it to QTNetworks. Here is how my situation came about. On Friday 12/15 (payday) I was called and informed that my check would arrive on Monday due to a computer problem. On 12/16 (Saturday) I worked with the IT manager of MED Com ( Carlton B. ) for more than 3 hours trying to get a customer turned up, which, of course, benefited MED. On Monday 12/18, I was locked out of the system. On Tuesday 12/19, I was informed of my termination and that my final check would arrive that same day. A Fed Ex did show up, but did not contain a check. Instead, I received a prior check statement from November, 2006. Clearly, MED had no intention of paying me at the time they sent the FedEx or for the time I worked through Sat 12/16. The simple fact is that I have not been compensated for all the work I did in an apartment, not an office. They have worked from and apartment in downtown NYC since September '06. I had to use this forum because there was no other. There is a filed complaint with the State of NY for that very reason, but that action has not been useful. I may be a disgruntled employee, but all they had to do was pay me for the time I worked for them. If I was not telling the truth then I would hide my identity.

Be advised that this employee is violating a signed and binding non-disclosure agreement, which are now the subject of pending litigation due to the 2/11/07 posting. Furthermore, this employee was terminated for failure to meet minimal attendance and work performance requirements as established in the employee policy he signed upon his engagement as an employee. All has been well documented by the company. Now this terminated employee attempting to use this forum to lash spitefully and falsely at QT Networks, its directors and fellow employees, as a means of leverage to his own personal position. It is the understanding of QT Networks that Rip-Off Report.com serves a proper purpose of informing the general public of correct and true information regarding the business conduct of companies affecting consumers, and not concoctions of former employees who spin their own tales in retaliation. We wish to reinforce this purpose. There has been a restructure of the company in recent years, and to the knowledge of the company, all venders, customers, and providers have been successfully transitioned all the way through the process. Also be advised that the allegations of Keith XXXXXXX of North Bergen, New Jersey about QT Networks are categorically false. Be advised that QT Networks and this former employee of its affiliate are now at odds in litigation over his conduct and attendance during his employment, libel and slander, and for violation of his non-disclosure agreement. We ask that any further postings by this employee, his agents or assigns, be read with knowledge that it is being done to bolster his defensive position disparaging not only the parent company, QT Networks, but other individuals associated with the company, employees and officers included.
