Quality Inn-Big Spring Texas The Big Spring Texas, Texas
We were working in Big Spring Texas. We reserved a room at the Quality Inn in Big Spring Texas. On 7/8/2011 we left work at 12noon and paid for a night and stated we would come back after work and pay the balance for a week. We arrived at the Quality Inn after 7pm on that same day and was told the room was cancelled and they would not refund my money. The only expanation Bob Patel the manager/owner had was he was going to call the police. We left and reported it to the Choice Corp. but nothing was done. The Quality Inn is a rip off and scam people. All I want is my refund and will NEVER stay there or any Quality Inn hotel in the US. I travel with my job and will inform everyone that works with me to never stay at the Quality Inn.
