Avoid this hotel when staying in Southern CA. They charge a maintenance fee of $2.50 per day for WI-FI internet. To guest's who stay there regardless if you use the internet or not. And they also charge guest's $1.75 per day for the in room safes regardless if you use it or not. When I contacted the hotel and asked for the manager.She was never there and the front desk would give me her voicemail. I left 2 messages for her and she never returned my calls.

I than filed a complaint with choice hotels. They told me they would forward the complaint to the manager and that I would receive an answer in 7 days. The 7 days have already passed. When I called choice hotels back they told me that their was that they could do. They said that their are lot's of hotels that charge people for stuff like this. I have stood in hotels all over the US and have never had to pay fee's for stuff like this.

Believe it or not this Hotel at one time was the best. They had the best customer service and never charged for stuff like this.

I will never stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Southern CA.
