Quality Roofing & Exteriors Medalis Dubinovic was paid in full $2640.00 on 11/29/09 for materials and Labor for a new roof on are family home. Mr. Dubinovic has done NO WORK OR MADE AND CONTACT TO US AS OF YET. Des Moines, Iowa
On 11/29/09 Mr. Medalis Dubinovic was paid in full $2640.00 to tear off and replace are roof. Mr. Dubinovic said that he would start the project the next day 11/30/09 As the weather was in the high 60's that week. I had spoke with him several times in the month on Dec 2009 and he would always says that he was going to bring the materials out the following day. Well here it is April 4th 2010 and Mr Medalis Dubinovic has not been back to my house or even giving us a call.

Hi, sorry to have to welcome you to the "Screwed by Medalis Club". There have been multiple people who are in your same situation. If you haven't done so already please file a case with the Consumer Fraud Department at Tom Miller's Office. When we first started in this circus we were told there wasn't much we could do because there wasn't a "pattern" but obviously now by looking at Medalis' Iowa Court online search there pattern is clear.
We have a great roofer who did a great job for us and we would love to refer if you haven't gotten the job done yet.
Good luck, hopefully you have a small claims case against him as well. He will not show up and he has no resources (no house, no car, no savings, etc) but at least it is something.
