I purchased a refrigerator from quality used appliance and repair. I got the refrigerator home and let it run for 3 days. The refrigerator never got below 50 degrees. When I returned the refrigerator to the store 72 hours after purchase I was told there are no refunds and the unit worked correctly. The owner, Anthony, challenged my belief that the unit did not work and told me “if I knew so much about refrigerators then fix it myself". He refused to provide a refund and insisted in order to exchange the refrigerator I would be required to pay an additional fee. The owner Anthony was so confrontational it was almost unbelievable. This update is my willingness to correct past errors in the statement” BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK ONCE QUALITY USED APPLIANCES HAS YOUR $ YOUR DONE” by making a full fair correction, by retracting the above statement noted in capital letters and “. I maintain that a refrigerator was purchased, failed to operate properly was returned and exchanged for another refrigerator for a fee of $25. I respectfully request all postings related to this post be removed. It is my wish to make a sincere apology to quality used appliances.

Customer lbought fridge for 95.00 and laid fridge down in his truck and plugged in same day regardless of being told not to.  We specifically state do not do so or wait at least 24 hours before plugging in.    Customer failed to tell the rest of the story. Customer brought fridge in and we GAVE HIM ANOTHER FRIDGE for 25.00 difference .  

Further , Customers original fridge was put in service.  Fridge was plugged in after 2nd day and fridge works fine.   Summary, Customer failed to listen to advice.   Store worked with customer on price of first fridge then worked with customr again on exchange of fridge even at customer error.   

some people are not satisfied regardless of others  going out of their way for them.  We request customer remove his erroneous complaint while he is enjoying the new fridge we gave him that he failed to mention.

The comments posted here are solely the perception of the buyer and a singular experience with a single product and do not represent or imply representation of quality used appliances. Please note the refrigerator was purchased transported laying down less than 2 miles placed in a standing position for 30 hours then plugged in. the refrigerator was returned the following day as the temperature never reached a level below 50 degrees.  It was exchanged for another fridge for an additional $25
