Complaint Review: QUALLS INVESTIGATIONS - DAVE QUALLS - ELKTON Maryland

Henry, Good grief! Talk about twising someone's writing. Go back and read Qualls' post again. Qualls said the client was "quite disappointed in the way Kevin handled this" not that they were dissatisfied with the work Qualls performed on behalf of KMS. The client decided to work with Qualls directly after speaking to Qualls about the situation. Obviously if they were not happy with the work Qualls performed, that would not be the case, would it? That is some reading ability you have Henry! You stated you were in law enforcement for 24 years? Egad!

You posted a reply stating that you were not paid $3000 from this other company and go on to state that you contacted KMS client and they stated they did not like the work the company performed for them? This doesnt make sense? You are the one Mr. Qualls that clearly stated you performed this Investigation for KMS for their client. SO THE POINT BEING, IF THIS OTHER COMPANY DID NOT LIKE THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED BY KMS THE ISSUE IS WITH YOUR WORK IS IT NOT? You performed the investigation which you clearly state over and over again in postings. So if the work was substandard as you indicate then that work since it was performed by you is the issue is it not? You are admitting that the work you reportedly performed was not liked by this former client of KMS. KMS did not perform this work you state your owed money for, you performed this work and admitted the client did not like the work performed by you? Anyway, talk is cheap and the proof is in the pudding as us old timers say.

I'm not quite sure what you're saying there but overall, you seem to be too anti-Qualls to be legit. After reading the other posts by this Sianez (including the fake ones), it's quite obvious who is telling the truth! Looking at the whole picture it's very apparent.

You single out Qualls but don't question the original post slamming Qualls with no fact what-so-ever but you'll attack Qualls for the same thing. If you're soooo concerned about libel/slander, perhaps you should look at real posts of this nature posted by Glen from Minn about Tires Plus as well as all complaints posted by Charles in Phenix, Alabama..

I can only call it like I see it. And what concerns me and should concern Mr. Qualls is he has really opened himself wide open to a lawsuit. Your site posts what he says are "criminal matters" and very personal supposed issues about this other person/company. Frankly I am surprised this site allows this as they could be liable as well if attorneys got involved with this practice of posting this information. It appears that KMS is a corporation and not a sole prop. or DBA as Qualls is and that makes a huge difference in attacking him as an individual. He should really use caution in proceeding this way

This is just one thread of many relating to this situation. Qualls was hired as a subcontract investigator by Kevin Sianez with KMS Investigation out of California. Qualls did the work and submitted a report and invoice months ago totaling $3k. KMS stiffed him, sent him an empty FedEx envelope claiming he forgot to include the check. The excuses contiunued and Qualls is still trying to collect. Qualls also contacted the client that hired the KMS agency and learned KMS was paid for the work Qualls performed as a subcontractor, yet KMS claims the client has not paid him. Qualls did more research on the company and found this site with many other complaints against KMS. I've provided a ton of information about KMS on the other threads, so please search and read them for more background information. KMS is not a licensed PI company in California where they are based and the owner has multiple criminal convictions. Again, read all the other complaints by searching "KMS Investigations" In response to Qualls filing his complaint, suddenly there are several bogus complaints filed against Quall's agency by supposed "clients," Qualls has never done work for the people posting. It is patently obvious the person behind the posts is Kevin Sianez doing his best to make Qualls look bad, shed doubt on his claims against KMS. So in reading just this one post, it might appear that Qualls is way out of line, but you need to take everything into account before you make a snap judgement,

It looks like anytime somone posts negative remarks about you or your business you point blame at someone else or some other company? What does this Kevin or his business have to do with your short commings? Are you not concerned that readers can see through this garbage and see a person (you) that cant shoulder responsibility for his actions? I dont know Kevin or KMS or Toby or whoever else you seem to think has it in for you. I have no axe to grind here but strictly as an outsider looking in you have some issues with accepting responsibility. What does another person or company have to do with people posting complaints about your service? Frankly you sound like a school yard bully that got pushed down and needs his bottle? Grow up sir and smell the roses.

This is getting repetitive, but you have to understand, we're not dealing with a sane man here. Kevin Sianez is extremely inferior to the success and professionalism of our agency, Qualls Investigations. Kevin has nothing better to do then sit on this site and dream up his next alias to try and cast a shadow on our agency. Again, anyone with the knowledge and intuition to seek out the truth can look at the Better Business Bureau for answers, clearly they will see right through KMS Investigations (Kevin Sianez) and his one man money-TAKING machine. He has never helped anyone, just taken their money, in fact, the one domestic case that we sub-contracted from him, he told us to "only worry about performing one day surveillance" instead of the two full days that the client had already PAID HIM for. This is just another good reason why we do not deal with him any longer, aside from the fact he kept $3,000 of the money owed to us. The $3K job we did for him was paid to him (x2) and we've contacted that firm and they are quite disappointed in the way Kevin has handled this. They will no longer be contacting him for future work, instead, they will be dealing directly with us, Qualls Investigations. This man is a thief, liar and a snake that has a criminal record and claims to have a PI license and claims to have been a police officer... He gives all of us legitimate, LICENSED private investigators a bad name. Qualls Investigations has NOTHING to hide and we've never been hired by ANYONE in Pittsburgh either. This is just another "Kevin" posting...Again, you can see there are no details, no facts, no evidence that any of these 'people' exist. Kevin is such a coward, he cannot even show his face here. That speaks volumes to his character (or lack thereof). Good day, and goodbye for now-
