Placed a large order for a large multiple hospital health care system, paid for by each employee that ordered an item of clothing. Was to have our logo and department on jackets/pull overs as well as employees names and title. Product was extremely late and once delivered the product was noticed to have a severe defect in the spelling of the department itself. Contacted Mr. Elliot who blamed someone else but said he would fix it, he did not and would not return communication. Then once he did he said he could refund our money once he got "paid”, and then ceased any and all communication and blocked us on social media and from his mobile phone. We have contacted a lawyer who has drafted a letter and sent to Mr.Elliot who refuses to pick up said letter.
