Queens County Collission Andy at Queens County Collision has no clue what he's doing; he was paid for repairs by my insurance 3 mos ago and has yet to finish the car; didn't know what some of the pieces laying around in my car were and claims he owns the sh Long Island City, New York
Had an accident in December 2012, and my car was left to be towed by Andy at Queens County Collision, in LIC. He led me to believe that he was an authorized GEICO insurance company shop and presented me with his business card which showed images of all the insurance company logos that he works with. He had me come in and sign some papers that would authorize him to begin working in the car. The papers I signed were actually authorizing GEICO to pay him directly! Initially, Andy came across as helpful. However, 3 months later and the Flare panels were missing, the hinges on my door are loose, window pops when opening and closing - and if the the window is open, you cannot open or close the door. The hood of the car was uneven overlapped on to the driver's side fender; the arm rest inside the car could be pulled right up, and miscellaneous parts/pieces are broken and/or missing from the inside of the car. I've been to the shop 3-4 times and still need to return because the car is missing pieces.
