On 2/3/2004 contracted with the following company: Quick Business Solutions 23031 Sonoita Mission Viejo, CA USA 92691 for the purchase of a marketing leads list. I overnighted a check in the amount of $249 to this address, as well as a copy of my signed contract which states delivery will be made within 72 hours of receipt of check. No delivery was ever made.

I have contacted Philip Hernandez at this company on a number of occasions in the past 10 days and have been told each time that he will e-mail my list, send it overnight, etc. Today, 2/12/04, I called him once again when my overnight delivery failed to show up, he gave me the following Airborne Express tracking number. I called Airborne Express and they told me that this tracking number was for an item shipped on 1/6/04... They also told me that there were no pending or past shipments from Quick Business Solution's zip code 92691, to my zip code.

Be cautious as this company is operating on the internet and requiring its customers to PAY FIRST before receiving their products. These lists can range into the 1,000's of dollars. I have filed a complaint with the Los Angeles County DCA regarding this company and its employee Philip Hernandez.

Ron, I do not know what your problem is. The bottom line is that we never got paid for the list. You have to know your stuff before you start email. #1 you need a dedicated IP Address.# 2 you do know there are spam filters. #3 If you would of submitted payment I would of refunded you. The reason I threaten this guy is because he still owe our organazation. I do apolagies if it offends anyone. By the way we have over 2,000 Happy customers.

My check was not stopped until I received phony tracking number for shipment. Update::: my list was finally received. When I originally contacted Philip Hernandez, I was looking for an e-mail address list for specific types of companies with certain met criteria... He gave me a company count of 15000+ available listings. Philip told me that e-mails would be provided along with addresses, phone #'s, etc... I verified numerous times with Philip that my main priority was to receive e-mail listings. He assured me that they updated their lists regularly and that 85 - 95% of the e-mail addresses provided would be accurateAfter all of this nonsense, what I received was a simple mailing list of only about 1,100 companies out of which approximately 1% of the e-mail addresses were still in service. For every 100 e-mails I sent, I received "unable to deliver" messages on 99. This guy went so far as to threaten me with a lawyer if I didn't remove my complaint. My request was a simple one that I am sure could have been filled by any number of vendors. But I chose Philip because he called me to follow-up approximately one week after my first inquiry about e-mail lists from numerous different mailing list companies. He promised me results, he lowered his price and he let us down. We received 0 results... not so much as a "please don't send us e-mail response". Nothing. That is 100% fact. I've got the e-mails from him to prove it. This is the first e-mail signature he sent me. Stop Payment on the check

Look guys last year we did over 1 million dollars in sales we always wait for a check to clear before we process a n order as all the other list companies. Ron put a stop payment to the check. We are not going to deliver any list with out getting payment upfront....
