I tried a different company first who gave me a lower offer than what was promised, no hassle with them and they returned my laptop free of charge.
Quick Laptop Cash however, gave me an excellent offer to only counter that offer to 88$ saying my laptop was heavily used and damaged. I'm a college student, there was only normal wear and tear and after much arguing he told me he can send my laptop back to me but I would have to pay a 35$ fee. He then directed me to a link to their terms of use page which is no where on their webpage. However, there are two chances to read their terms of use when making your order. I unfortunately, cannot read light grey against a white background. Both terms of use opportunities were wasted, and both links were in light grey against a white background. Hardly noticiable. These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. I screen shot their entire website, which never consisted of a terms of use page. The only thing I could find, was when I put in 'terms of use' in their search bar. This resulted in a tiny link all the way at the bottom of the page in a light grey color against a white background. However, the writing 'un-catagorized content' was written in black bold.
These people are scamming the consumer!! I have sold many laptops to different shoddy companies and not one, ever charged to return a laptop to me. This company is going out of their way to come up with excuse after excuse to every retort I come up with. They don't tell you about the 35$ fee in all the emails they send to the consumer until the very end when they come up with a low ball offer. Then, if you don't accept that offer, your screwed! You either accept it, or you pay a 35 $ charge to send it back.
I would highly recommend someone who is interested in this company to look somewhere else. Do not take their offers! The only reason I chose this company was that it gave me the highest offer.
Go somewhere else and check BBB ratings. They have four different names and have an F- rating.
