I wouldn't purchase from this company. They paid me substantially less than the quoted amount. When you point out that their claims are invalid they don't even respond or pay attention to you. I'd say that this company is unprofessional. Ethically, they're probably just as worse, stealing and selling every grain of personally identifiable information they can gather from your old electronic equipment.

So after I wrote my original complaint, Quicklaptopcash wrote me 2 emails threatening to "prosecute" me to the fullest extent of the law for writing a complaint about their company. Thats correct, "prosecute" a customer who got ripped off. Its interesting how Quicklaptop cash is so quick to write me a threatening email for voicing my opinion, in which I'm addressed as "Boy," but they didn't even have the decency to reply to my original complaint emails.
Exactly, they were nowhere to be found. More interesting is that Quicklaptop cash would rather have me propsecuted for freedom of speech, for voicing my opinion of their business and business practices, rather than offering to remedy the situation overall. I would seriously consider other buyback sites before doing business with a company like Quicklaptopcash.
