I just find it very funny that Quicken has a person who's sole job is to reply to bad reports.
Your company has to know that it is a problem when "kelly" does nothing all day but reply to consumers who report them
Also, the BBB is a business. Any company who pays enough money can get an A+ rating.

Hello again Eric. I'm Kelly with Quicken Loans.
Unfortunately, your loan could not be completed based on your home's appraised value. In accordance with our deposit agreement, which you signed at application, we refunded your deposit, minus the costs we incurred (your appraisal and credit report). For more information on our deposit, please see our website: https://www.quickenloans.com/about/quicken-loans-deposit We kept nothing on your loan. We gain nothing from working with a client we can't help.
Each and every client deserves to have their concerns honestly and thoroughly researched and responded to. We have done that for you. As you are already aware from our previous responses to your complaint to our office, your complaints to the Better Business Bureau, and your internet feedback complaint, we obviously perceive your loan process much differently than you do. Since we opened our doors in 1985, we've closed over 900,000 loans. On a typical day we work with about 10,000 clients, closing several hundred loans every day. Our clients give us a 94% when they rate us at closing and we also have the highest grade available, an A+, with the Better Business Bureau. Continuing to post online or complain to outside agencies will not change our decision.
