Living in NC, selected the Intuit presence in VA for this report. Signed up ~ 2 weeks ago for the free trial subscription of Simplifi. Discovered this product has more holes in it than swiss cheese. As a retired Telecom/VoIP test & support engineer, the release of this product in NOV 2020 without reliable contact points is frustrating, time consuming and potentially dangerous to your financial and mental well-being.
All I want to do is Chat or speak to a product support person. IMPOSSIBLE unless you take the 'slow boat to China' option via the Community Chat/Support sub-website. Simply unacceptable and ridiculous !!!
