Quint P Pillai Fraud St Paul Minnesota
Quint P Pillai is a con man. He has two personalities. One as a caring, sensitive member of the St Paul Rotary Club serving as Rotary International Chair. Although a popular member, he states, "these people are so dumb."
Quint P Pillai is not a US Marine, although he displays fraudulent pictures of himself in full Marine Uniform. He has never served our country.
Quint P Pillai does not have a Minnesota Relator License, although he has registered himself as such, on several advertising real estate websites. He lists himself as owning several properties, but Minnesota Property Records shows he has owned only one home in Minnesota, on Otto Ave in St Paul.

Quint P Pillai does not have an Aviation License.
Quint P Pillai's alter ego is that of an angry, violent, controlling person. Approach with caution.
The St Paul Rotary Club should check all bank accounts, either that, or adopt this lying piece of trash, who is a poser and is possibly stealing out from under all the people that supposedly "love him." He is NOT who he claims to be. Do your homework people, or you maybe his next victim!
