i have been a member of qvc since the 1990's and never had a problem before. lately however, over the last year, i received a letter i perceived as a threat, that i was returning too many items and if i didn't stop they no longer wanted me as a customer. i will be the first to admit this year i did have many returns due to disappointments, things arriving broken, food that was horrible tasting, clothes not fitting,gifts people did not want or like, etc. but i also hear the hosts talking on QVC constantly reminding people you can return anything within 30 days, no questions asked, no problem. obviously there is a problem because without any further warning they just closed my account. i was very surprised and couldn't figure it out at first. i pay my bill on time, always, what could be wrong. when i called customer service no one would tell me anything at all other then to write to corporate headquarters. i said how ridiculous is that, can't i just talk to someone? why is it so secretive? so i wrote a nasty letter and i have not heard from anyone yet, i am waiting to hear something from them. i am quite annoyed to say the least. i can't even have access to my account through QVC to monitor it. i've called, emailed and i am still waiting.
