R & C Builders Criminal contractor Vero Beach Florida
Not only is Rick a scam artist and steals your money, but he is a criminal. He has commited many crimes. Assult, domestic viloence, Felony grand theft, and the list goes on. He was supposed to fix our bathroom and master bedroom from a leak we had and he took the money and left. I was 8 months pregnant and he never finished the job. We had to do it our selves. Do not use him as a contractor he is a huge rip off.
