I GOT A WASHER AND DRYER THAT MAYBE COST 1000 TOGETHE, SO I WAS SUPPOST TO PAY IT OFF IN 90 DAYS, WAS UNABLE, THEY TOLD ME MY PAYMENT IS 156 DOLLAR A MONTH, DIDN'T TELL ME HOW MANY PAYMENT I HAD, DIDN'T GIVE A CONTRACT, I FOUND OUT AFTER A YEAR WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS FINISH PAYING THEM, FOUND OUT I HAD 17 PAYMENT LEFT, WHEN I PULL MY CREDIT ITS SAID MY PAYMENT IS 119, THEY SAID MY PAYMENT IS 156 DOLLAR, BOUT TIME I FININSH PAYING THEM I COULD HAVE PAID THEM 3000 OR MORE, FOR SOMETHING THAT ONLY COST A 1000. WHEN YOU CALL THE 1800 NUMBER THEY SAY CALL THE STORE WERE YOU GOT YOUR WASHER & DRYER FROM.

If you wanted an extended warranty, then it's a very simple procedure...YOU ASK to buy one. However, given you didn't even examine your contract to see what you actually did buy, none of this is unexpected! NO RIPOFF HERE-Complainer didn't even read their contract to know what they bought and failed to ask to buy warranty. Complainer blames dealership when it was THEIR OWN responsibility, very obviously!
