Toyota Corporation because she said that a TOP executive was sexually harassing her, correct? The harassment that is seen at the dealership level is a reflection of the entire Auto Industry in America. Car dealerships (most of them) are owned & operated by some of the most unethical people in the USA.

You yourself were witness to the alleged racist and sexist remarks behind closed doors yet you are ashamed about how you let this happen and were an active participant in all of this name calling. I say this to call you out and let others who read your complaints on this website see who you really are. Do you not have enough intestinal fortitude to let others know who you are when you are so free with your finger pointing? If you have worked at Raceway Ford, you are aware of how much disrespect we are experiencing just because we are salesmen and that car salesmen have a bad reputation in the eyes of the consumer as it is. With that known you would rather be part of the problem than part of the solution. I probably have worked with you and never did I see you suggest in what ways we could treat the customer better or change the public's opinion of Raceway Ford or even that of car salesmen in general. In fact, I would lay odds that you openly joined in the mentioned racist and sexist comments but are ashamed to let the viewers on this site know that you are no better than the people you accuse of being racist, sexist and two-faced. So my challenge to you is to stop hiding behind your holier than thou attitude and take a good hard look at yourself in the mirror. Ask yourself if you did anything to stop it or change what was happening at the dealership and what makes you better or different if you did nothing to improve the conditions at the dealership.
Evil increases when good men decide to do nothing.
