Raceway International gave me a shipping quote for a vehicle from AZ to NY. No great quote, but better than others I had gotten. Was told to fill out form asap; the sooner I filled out the form and faxed it back to them, I would hear from them within 72 hours about a company/driver to transport my vehicle. Took $300 on my credit card to start the process. Well, never heard a word with the 72 hour window and I had to send emails and phone calls to find out what was going on. I can't even remember what the answers were, but still, no services rendered whatsoever.
My credit card company tried (not that hard, believe me; they didn't even ask for my side of this story) to take the money back but decided since I had signed the paper and that they aren't the actual transporting company, that they were only the ones who arranged for the transporting, that they weren't at fault. Really? They said they would contact me within the 72 hours about transportation and never did. That, to be, is no services rendered and they should not be taking anyone's money for doing nothing.
Do not use the company. Do not even call them.
