Rachel Weiner, Black Dog Stables Warning - Fraudulent seller of horses Snohomish Washington
I purchased (on payments) a weanling filly in March 2007, to be registered AQHA and HYPP N/N. Withheld last payment waiting on paperwork that is still not in order almost a year later. Seller was to return my money and to date has made one 500.00 payment. Still owes several thousand dollars. Please check any paperwork that you need for any horse you purchase from this seller. She has been involved in more than one paperwork snafu.
