Please stay away from this company if you value your money...
Daniel is an absolute hack. Since Daniel loves to boast about his online reviews, I created a Yelp account just so I could warn others. Now I'm posting here to try to wan as many people as possible. First, he was 3 hours late in showing up to pick up the table from the seller's house. He delivered the table and came back the next day to finish the set up. After he left I used a level and determined that the table was not level. I called him within 5-10 minutes of his leaving my house and he tried to blame it on the new felt he installed but assured me the table was level. I told him it was not level. The level told me so as did the balls that would not roll true. He then changed his opinion and said it was the actual table and that it had a sag in the middle. He asked that I play on it for a week and then call him if there were still issues. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I then contacted him to come out and he said he was in a car accident and without transportation. I waited a month and contacted him again. He agreed to come out the next day and was going to call me the next day so he could give me an accurate time. He never called and now refuses to respond and I am left with a table that has not been level since day 1. He is a hack that will only deal in cash, and if you question his workmanship he becomes very defensive, he will tell you all about how long he has been doing this, and point to his online ratings. He will make up any excuse to say it wasn't his fault. I'd stay away from him and would not recommend him to move or set up your table.
If you want to see the multiple text messages in which he promised to return to fix the table, and then the ones he later refused to answer, let me know. When I told Daniel I was going to file a BBB complaint his exact response was "OK.........I don't honestly care do whatever floats your boat"
