Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Lemme give you a math question. What does "$597,599 from Kickstarter"+"THOUSANDS more from BackerKit and their own site"+"An Innovative Product" equal? Well normally you'd say a d**n fine company and something worth putting your money towards correct? Now in that equation, subtract "One Year Delivery Time", "Dishonesty from the company", and "Horrendous Quality", "An Owner Unwilling to communicate", and if you're LUCKY enough to recieve WHAT YOU PAID FOR, "Horrible Product Quality", now what do you have? If you answered Radiate Athletics then you've won the grand prize...And that grand prize, like what i've recieved from Radiate is...NOTHING.

Let me start with saying what needs to be said, DO NOT BUY anything from this company, do not give them a cent, do not give them the oppurtunity to have your money, do not think about contacting them or anything, you will waste your time and waste your money and earn only stress and anger in the meantime. If you feel like emailing and calling this company dozens of time and getting no service than sure, knock yourself out. You might even get a nice canned response like i got in my emails that didnt tell me anything more than what i already knew.

So let me give you my story now. April 16th, 2013, Radiate's KS funding period ends and they recieve their money, i give them $60. I am charged on my card 4/17/13. 2 months later Radiate throws us BackerKit, i decided i wanted to redesign my athletic wardrobe and purchased a couple more shirts and such. I give them $298 more dollars, this was 6/22/13. I have gievn Radiate $358...And have seen nothing. Not any product, no tracking numbers, BUT not all is lost, I've been told they'd be here about 6 times, good thing they can at least give me false hope.

Now to be clear here i understand delays, when all the sudden you have a lot more orders of something problems will arise, that's all good. I DO NOT however like being lied to, I don't have every Radiate update in front of me but I believe by now we have been given at least 4 or 5 shipping dates, all of which have come and gone, nothing here, and nothing for what I'm guessing is about 90% of the peopel who have bought shirts.

I have contacted the company and got the same canned "Shipping Soon" response. I decided instead of ask them for a refund (People have been doing that left and right and been getting no further than a rude "no" or no answer at all) I went to my bank Wells Fargo and filed a claim. I just recieved word the claim's investigation has concluded yesterday, I don't know the result yet however so I will probably give you all an update in a few days (I paid with a debit card so the bank probably has no motivation to get my money back but we'll see). If this claim doesn't work I will go to the company and demand my refund, if that doesn't work i will file with the Pennsylvania Attoney General. I don't want a poduct below the standard that i was promised, IF I EVER RECIEVE it that is.

To summarize this all, Radiate had something amazing and they have blown it. However, rather than man up and admit this and work through it with their customers they have lied and blatantly ignored those who gave them their start in the first place. They simply picked up their ball and went home. This is inexcusable of any company in this day and age. You can pick up your phone and reach anyone in the world you want to right now if you had their info, how is it impossible to do a daily update??? How is it impossible to just be honest too??? What Radiate has made is cheap and not the product quality that was shown to us. The shirts, if you want them are actually now for sale in Brazil and Singapore, while our shirts gather dust in a fulfillment center (as claimed by Radiate's CEO) we see shirts being sold overseas. This is ridiciulous and i demand my money back, if this claim does not work out then I will demand my money straight from the CEO. Until this company straightens itself out I implore you AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thanks for reading this and have a wonderful day.

Got the update on the claim today from Wells Fargo, because the charges I have to dispute are outside of their 60 day initial limit or something along those lines, the claim work may take anywhere from 45-90 Calendar days...I'm at Day 14...This could take awhile, still faster than getting the shirts though I guess.
