Radio Shack ripoff on 9/3/04 I purchased a video camera from the radio shack and when I realize that the camera was a demo they refuse to make it good Charlotte North Carolina
on 9/3/04 I purchased a video camera from the radio shack in charlotte nc (Friday evening) I paid w/my american express (429.99) the next morning (9/4)I relized this camera was a demo - when I tried to return for a working camera the store refuse to make it good and accuse me of pulling a scam on them - all I wanted to do was purchase a camera for a wedding gift the reason I was in charlotte (my son was getting married on 9/5/04)

WHAT?? Are you saying it is a FAKE camera? Any Radioshack I went into had LIVE demos of the product. Especially the cameras so you can see what exactly they do. It does sound like you are pulling a scam, and I highly doubt they'll do something such as putting a DEMO in a box. Your story just doesn't add up. Sorry.
