Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a 2 year warranty on a RCA 9 inch TV and was told that it was not a 2 year warrenty. The manager of the Park and Independence (Plano TX), Radio Shack store policy is, a warranty is only good till it breaks. Then there is know more warranty. Then you have to buy a new produce an a new warranty. Even if it is only a few months old. the store policy, should be until it breaks policy. I though a 2 year warranty was a 2 year warrenty not a limited warranty. What Radio Shack guarantee is limited to it first break only.

There is a problem with the RCA 9 inch TV, because it failed the same way twice in under 2 years. Which makes me think there is a problem they are trying to hide from the customer. RCA should be looking in to this, because I can not  believe that I found two such out of there stock back to back. It will not scan for channel or loss of signal is the problem. The first lasted 7 months the second lased 10 or 11 months. As the purchaser of said article I believe there is a problem here, both with RCA and Radio Shack policy

While YOU may think its "unfair" YOU are getting a FULL REPLACMENT!!! SO your complaint is that they are NOT going to keep replacing the item? That's just common sense. So you pay maybe 10-15% of the total cost of the item and when it breaks they give you a NEW ONE!!!! Sounds to me that youre just too cheap and its NOT Radio Shacks fault that YOU keep breaking your toys. Funny isnt it, that somehow someway both RadioShack AND RCA are to blame because YOU cant take care of your toys. Neithe rof those corporate entities have USED the item in question....YOU DID!!! When you picked up your TV it was BRAND NEW in the box. It was ONLY during YOUR use of the item that has caused the failure. How many times did you drop it? How many times did you put it in a bag and then toss the bag somewhere? If youre going to sit there and tell the entire web going public that YOU have NEVER dropped anything, well Im going to call YOU a liar!!! You have more then likely dropped the TV a few times, maybe even spilled something on it. Either way it was your use of the item. And not to be too much of an @ss but I KNOW the TV you are talking about. I bought one from RS about 2 years ago and its still going strong. The ONLY thing I have had to replace is the antenna. So maybe the problem REALLY IS YOU!!!!
