Neither of these two posts indicate a person with good English... for example, the spelling is simply atrocious!!!! B/t/w "D" when you expound on why someone was "FIRED" you leave YOURSELF open to a suit. And I doubt any legal threats you had made to OP would ultimately prevail.

Unfortunately, some individuals do not see reality and are their own worst enemy. As an instructor with over 30 years of experience in Radiography, Michelle was a student that presented rude behaviors (interruptions during lectures and labs, creating ill feelings between classmates, etc.) in the classroom as well as during her clinical education. Radiological Enterprises provided an opportunity for Michelle to complete her clinicals and get paid for them at the same time. She was being paid to do her clinicals. People in the medical field know that this is a definite gift. You usually have to volunteer your time until you obtain your competency. Within two weeks, Michelle lost her job because she was late to work, arguementative, and would set in her car for long periods of time while she was on the clock, etc. Futhermore she took it upon herself to report the physician to the state without merit. Involving her parents almost resulted in a class action law suit. As the owner of the company, I understood her parents financial situation and only required them to make a written apology and rescend all false accusations. (WE HAVE IT IN WRITING). I suggest you check around to all the places in the tri-cities that have benefited from this instructional program such JC Pediatrics, Kingsport Arthritis Associates, Rural Health Consortium in Dry Creek at various other locations, Blueridge Medical, etc.). Please do your research! Do not let one person drive your educational options and/or experiences. I also recommend that you contact the State Board of Medical Examiners regarding the integrity of this program. Teaching radiography to medical professionals is driven by our passion for our profession, not as greed. Michelle you should be ashamed of yourself. You know the truth. Did writing this make you feel any better? If you would like more information, send your inquiry to Radiological Enterprises at PO Box 696, Rutledge, TN 37861.

The accusations contained in Michelle's report are false, without merit, and meet the legal definition of libel. In addition, she has committed slander. Michelle as well as her parents were advised of impending legal action for these statements and actions. To avoid litigation, Michelle's family contacted the company and course provider to apologize, wrote a formal letter of apology, retacted all statements, and asked for forgiveness. Because of the educational philsophical mission of Radiological Enterprises and the ethical principles of the course provider, the owner decided to stop legal proceedings against Michelle and her family. Does this sound like a company or an individual that is just out for money? Let's get the facts straight. Michelle as well as another students received employment because of the instructor and the company's reputation. Michelle was getting paid to complete her clinical training as a student. How many educational programs can do that for a student? Unfortunately, because of gross deficiences, Michelle was fired from that position with just cause. Radiological Enterprises is a recongized provider for x-ray certification training by the TN Board of Medical Examiners. The course provider is a nationally recognized educator at the collegiate level with over 26 years of experience at 3 different higher education institutions of learning. Why would such a professional engage in activites as described Michelle? It is unfortunate that the hundrends of students taught by this individual do not have a venue to express their opinions. Students have been known to travel up to 3 hours or move across the country to receive instruction from this individual. That's why the three girls Michelle referred to came to class. As college graduates of a Virginia radiography program, they were unsuccessful in passing their board exams. They all had full-time jobs and those jobs depended upon their ability to pass their certification examination. They were referred to Radiological Enterprises for review and tutoring. Guess what, all 3 passed their ARRT exam. Another testiment to the quality educational services provided by this company and the course provider is that for the last 2 years, several physicians in the tri-cities has solicited the company and couse provided to provide a class to teach their employees. They are even providing a venue for the course and recruited a class just to have this individual to come and teach their employees! What does that tell you? Best advice - don't let the excuses and lies of an individual that obviously has trouble with reality make your decision. Call around to various health care facilities and physician offices in NE Tennessee and validate the educational program. Feel free to contact the TN Board of Medical Examiners. Radiological Enterprises has nothing to hide. Shame on you Michelle, we really tried to help you!
