Radisson New Rochelle, NY -NoMa The Radisson New Rochelle did not lived up to what the advertised for New Years Eve at their NoMa restuarant. It was the worst New Years Eve party ever. The service was terrible and food was cold. Internet
It was the worst New Years Eve party ever. The service was terrible and food was cold. They even dropped food on us and broke plates, and then made us move as we were eating to open up dance floor. 2 bartenders for about 150 people so it was about a 45 minute wait to get a drink (open bar for 5 hours was very misleading, and sit down dinner was stand up and move). Could not even get a cup of coffee the whole night when I asked 3 people. One waiter said it was not his job to get coffee. They offered us free dinner if we came back, but I would never go again. Service was the poorest I have ever seen in my life!
