Ralf Sztorc was recommended to my mother by her friend who got a loan from him several years ago. My mother was buying a house in Phoenix and Ralf was her mortgage broker. My mother doesn't speak English and I was unable to assist her as i was in Poland at that time.
About half way through the transaction my mother called me frantic asking to assist her. Apparently, Ralf wasn't aware that mother has a daughter who speaks English and who purchased houses before who can assist her. Mother complained about his high charges but he kept justifying everything by telling her that he had to go out of his way and "do things" other mortgage borkers won't do for her. I wonder what that is considering my mother has a great credit and was putting a hefty down payment. He tried to convince her that she won't be able to get a loan anywhere else.
After I spoke with him, he tried to justify the points he was charging her and an exorbitant application fee (over a thousand dollars!!!). He thought he can just overcharge her because she doesn't speak English!!!!!
I convinced my mom to go somewhere else and I'm glad she dropped him!!!
Be cautious!! He's unethical and apparently a thief!!! Because what he tried to do was steal money from mother by overcharging her!!!

My client has brought my attention to a very nasty comment devoted to me and my company posted on this website. I was advised to present my side of story. Here it is
All events described by Suzana never have taken a place. I do not know that person, and I have never spoken with her. I checked call logs, and other documents. There are no sign of such conversation and an applicant Suzana is referring to either. Everything she wrote about is a lie. Here is what I want to say:
1. For several years now we do not charge an application fee. All charges associated with the loan are strictly regulated, and it is simply impossible anf illegal to charge a borrower such fee. In the past when the application fee was a custom fee charged by everybody in the industry, we never charged borrower more than $450.00. Exorbitant application fee - more than a thousand dollars sounds well, but Suzana does not give the amount, nor explain what amount she considers reasonable. It looks she just wants to make an impression of great injustice being done.
2. Going out of way. We are very proud of our customer service. We always try to meet borrowers expectations, and try to impress them with our devoted, ethical and a professional approach. We align our schedule with borrowers just to make his, or her life easier. It is why we help our borrowers to get required documentation, copies, supply phone
numbers (ssa, irs, et c), and we gladly meet them after work hours. We help with advice regarding errors on credit report. And all of it is done for FREE. We simply hope that the glad borrower will give us referrals in the future. We do not mind to do extra work to help borrowers get what they deserve. It is always done for free. And if one broker can do that, so the others can. We do not make magic here.
3. Suzana stated her mother does not speak English, and she could have been victimized. Anybody who makes such statement really disrespects all immigrants in this country. Those people are
not stupid! Even if they have some language problems they know how to count! Out
motto states if the borrower does not understand FULLY what he/she is about
to sign that means we did not do a good job! We always make a double sure
that the borrower is 100% certain what kind of terms the loan comes with.
More often than not immigrants achieve a great degree of success, even if their English is not perfect. Only a bigot could say something like that, especially about her own mother. Every our client is treated with a respect. Every client is VIP that is our motto too.
Anybody who was involved in mortgage loan process in recent years simply knows that accusations posted by Suzana can not be true. There too many regulations on every level of the mortgage process to be able to do such things. We wish Suzana, or whoever is
hiding behind that nickname a lot of luck. Because such pathetic approach to life she presents will not get her very far.
