I ordered a product which promised it would ship within 2-3 business days, and we would receive an email confirmation after the product shipped. After approximately 2 weeks, we emailed for confirmation. It took 4 emails to receive a response.

The product arrived much later than promised and did not work. We contacted customer service for advice and were told to send it back (at our expense) and a new product would be shipped within two weeks.

It has been well over a month since we sent Raiden Technology their product back. I have written a dozen emails to them, and they keep saying once the product ships we will receive a tracking number.

Raiden Technology has had our money for about two months now and we have yet to receive the product ordered.

When calling customer service they were totally obnoxious, attempting to tell me I did not contact them letting them know if I wanted a refund or new product despite the fact there was a letter of request attached to the returned product and nearly a dozen emails inquiring where the product was.

I would not recommend Raiden Technology under and circumstances. I am now reversing the charges on my credit card.
