Rain Nutrition Pyramid Scam, stealing distributors, promises of huge income Highland, Utah
There are numerous problems with this company, here are a few:
-Why didn't they register their domain name past March 2011. You would think that a company looking to the future would want to ensure their website is secure for at least the maximum of 10 years.
2) Website
-Nice website but major product problems according to certain new distributors.
-Where are the executive bios? Nice, fun pictures but where is the depth behind why this management team is in place.
3) Products
-Product claims are completely unsubstantiated. There is more resveratrol in store-bought grape juice than there is in Soul.
-(From their own FAQ) Q. DO WE HAVE PRESERVATIVES IN OUR PRODUCT? A. Yes. Extremely small amounts of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate are found int he products. There have been some health concerns about the combination of sodium benzoate and ascorbic acid or vitamin C. When the two are mixed, they can form the chemical benzene, which is carcinogenic. Fundamentally, potassium sorbate is non-toxic and is regarded as safe. However, its synthetic characteristic is not considered too favorable by some experts. Prolonged use of the preservative could lead to allergic reactions, nausea, diarrhea and nutrient loss in food.
- Taurine (Primary ingredient in Rush) is VERY bad. Studies have implicated taurine in illnesses ranging from high blood pressure to strokes and seizures to heart disease. For these reasons its been banned in some Scandinavian countries like Switzerland after being linked to the deaths of three consumers. Because taurine is utilized by the body during exercise and in times of stress, its become a popular ingredient in energy drinks. But taurine has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system thats very unnatural. ~Dr. Edward Group
4) Stealing distributors
-Word from one new distributor is that Rain is spending BIG money in upfront bonuses for distributors from other MLMs, which I think is highly illegal, not to mention very unethical
