I know a friend that rented from this scammer Michael H. Feldman and got taken for quite a bit of money! This executive suite is a dump, not cared for in any way they claim, and will turn OFF your business clients. My friend was there for 8 months and finally got out. They made phony claims of damage, created fraudulent invoices for so called repairs and received constant harrassement from Michael Feldman, the owners son, who runs the joint. My friend had to fight big time to get a refund. Feldman says whatever he has to in order to get your money. He knew one of the girls at their reception desk and she complained all the time how much she HATED Michael and the entire family and also, how they do little to no maintenence on the building and receive complaints all the time. She said Michael is a physco and loves to fight with the tenants. Michael is also a lawyer, but daddy wanted him to run the Rainbow Executive Suites scam instead. I went to this office a few times to meet my friend for lunch. The girls look like their straight out of a trailer park. Very unprofessional (no make up or hair-like poor white trash-sorry-it's the truth) and obviously very unhappy with their jobs. I would walk up to the second floor, walk in and they wouldn't even say anything to me. I had to initiate conversation with THEM! Do you want your clients being greeted like that? You decide. Their service is poor (at best!) and they outright lied to my friend about many services the reception ladies would provide but nothing ever materialized. My suggestion? Look elsewhere for Executive Office Space. They also own the Tropicana Business Center on S. Pecos. He told me that one is bad too. JUST BE CAREFUL!

I have rented from Mike Feldman at Rainbow Executive Suites for the past 3 years and have never experience any of the things the report states.

Mike and the staff have always been very friendly and professional. The staff calls me when I have a package delivered, that is giving good customer service it is not part of the services they agreeded to provide.

When I changed my office situation I wasn't charged any extra money for repairs. The repairs may have been done to that office to get the office in rental ready condition. 

I am a Property Manager myself for residential properties and there always seems to be a problem when things have to be paid for because things were damaged or not taken care of properly.

I have to say I will stay at Rainbow Executive Suites they have been good to me.

I read the report from a second party for the treatment and or supposed mal treatment of a tenant at Rainbow Executive suites.

Our company, Ambassador Travel, has been a tenant for nearly one year at Rainbow Executive suites. We have been treated fairly and haven't had any problems with the front desk receptionists, in fact on numerous occasions the receptionists have called me to advise clients were waiting when I had to run an errand. I find that characterizations of people based on their dress or other such outward appearances is just a smear- the young ladies have been courteous, helpful and business-like in their dealings with me and my clients.

Whenever our company has needed a repair, or a situation regarding a service or necessity- it was handled promptly and without incident. The buildings are maintained

spotlessly, and the maintenance crew is always cleaning or asking if we need something.

I would refer anyone to this complex for renting!
