Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

When confronting Rainbow of there deceptive fix the Mgr. says we break people's cars all the time and don't tell them. We just try to fix it, I told the Mgr. that I did not trust him to touch my car as he did not bother to tell me he even broke it. $505 damage! He gives me this pony dance that he is ASE AC cert. Why did he not fix it properly the first time ? I have a picture of there damage and so called FIX! Do not go to Rainbow Muffler on San Jose Blvd Jacksonville FL. They are deceptive! I should be able to have this fixed where I know that it will be fixed correctly and they should not even blink an eye and ok it.

Rainbow muffler San Jose Blvd Jacksonville FL installed my Roush long tube headers on my 2013 Mustang GT Premium. Broke High and Low Pressure AC lines. Tried hiding the break with a bad weld and did not tell me they damaged it. Trust factor is blown out the window!!! 505.00 in damage Mgr. Said I am ASE Cert in AC work. But he did not fix it correctly. Mgr . tried to hide damage. Said we break people's cars all the time and don't tell them. I have picture of Damage. Said if I fix it and don't let him it is on me. REALLY!!!! You did not tell me you broke it!!!

Ford Mustang headers are not easily installed. The spacing is extremely tight quarters for removal or Installion. Our goal is not only to be the best price. Also, to do a quality job. We treat our customers vehicles as our own. When working on vehicles especially with after market parts things can happen. If something does get damaged on our fault while working on a customers vehicle. Indeed we would make sure it gets repaired before returned to our customer. In such case as above the repair was not done negiligently. Also, we would always stand behind our repair with a warranty. None the less because we had to repair an AC line. We added UV Dye to ensure repair was of correct orientation. It was. Unfortunately, the customer was actually trying to scam us because we had to repair an AC line. He lied said our repair was leaking. Trying to get money back. Truth is he is the rip off. We did his after market header install for a great deal. We did a great job. Ungrateful customers can and should go else where anyhow. Honestly, we do not want anything to do with scammers. Ultimately, warranties are for a reason. We would always stand behind our work. Thank you for your time and appreciation. Rainbow Muffler Master ASE service technician Always grateful, Matthew
