This seems similar to the fraudulent NIGERIAN MAIL FRAUD SCAM where they make offer extremely appealing merchandise at a tremendous bargain basement and you will NOT get your merchandise because THERE IS NONE! NIGERIAN SCAMS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS USED WITH BRITISH SPELLING --NOT AMERICAN ENGLISH. THE NAME YOU USED HERE IS A COMMON ALIAS FOR SCAMMERS TOO. There is NOBODY named Susan Benoit -- at least nobody who sells these fake products from the fake website from Nigerian... These guys may pass your complaint back and forth to try and see if they can scam them again while all the time they are shopping around the financial and personal information you sent them so they can either sell it to other scammers or trying to open a credit line that YOU will pay for and then they will try to sell it to other scamsters once they have stolen from you.. They are using a lot of Bulldog scams lately and they have probably spun a website which will take them down whenever they reach a limit. GO SHOP FROM YOUR LOCAL LOCAL MERCHANT WITH YOUR LOCAL MERCHANTS AND AY CASH. YOU CAN SELECT WHAT YOU WANT TO BUY, TAKE IT TO THE CASHIER AND PAY FOR IT WITH CASH AND PHYSICALLY TAKE YOUR MERCHANDISE TO YOUR HOME ONCE YOU HAVE SAID IT. YOU DON"T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SCAMS,CONS, RIP OFFS. DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND TELL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT YOU WERE SCAMMED AND MAYBE YOU MIGHT PREVENT IDENTITY THEFT OR SOMEONE FRAUDULENTLY USING YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO MAKE UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE WITH THE CREDIT CARD ASAP! DEFINITELY CHECK WITH YOUR BANK AND NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET! YOU OUGHT TO KNOW BETTER BY NOW!
