I'd prefer to receive praise for originality in writing, however, due to my own stupidity and lack of due diligence, what I have to say merely echo's all the reports I have read after realizing I have been had.  Raise Me Capital (RMC) has way too many complaints which is further aggravated by the uniformity of complaints to have an legitimacy at all. My personal story: I placed an add which as a marketing consultant of 40 years, I knew would be provocative enough to appeal to investors. The add placement was free (what RMC calls bronze membership) with a minimal price tag of $145 (1 months membership) to be able to read and respond to those expressing interest in my project. Within a couple of hours I had three of four inquiries.  The speed with which they came in caused my skeptical side to view this as a pretty good operation for RMC if they had a few real or ficticious characters they cut put out as interested parties. Exercising some reserve I set a goal of twelve replies as the required number to prompt my $145 payment. I figured there was bound to be one or two real people out of a dozen.

When I hit a dozen I found I still had doubts and decided to pass. However, when the inquiries hit two dozen, I had to rethink my caution. At 32 inquiries, the temptation was too much to resist and I went for it. I should mention with the passage of time prior to buying in, the inquiries got lengthier and more alluring. The day I sprang for the $145 was the day all inquiries stopped. I answered all respondents with a detailed "killer" three page letter and received nothing in return. As a consultant, I have (along with my staff) viewed thousands of other peoples products, projects and ideas and have built several successful companies as well as received international acclaim along with millions of dollars in media exposure. There ares only two reasons I wouldn't have investors clamouring for this project. The first is: it sounds too good to be true, but a sophisticated investor would enjoy the challenge of finding the weak links. In the alternative, there aren't any investors.

There were a couple of other companies offering financial services and I chose to go with RMS for its implied immediacy. Having discovered this site I subsequently checked out my second choice and there isn't a whisper of anything wrong with that company. In the final analysis this may be a cheap lesson learned, but from now on I will view this site as my newest best friend and see what other sites like them are available.

#3Author of original report

Tue, October 18, 2011

As of today which is the 18th of October, I have contacted the credit card company about disputing the charges of "Raise Me Capital" (RMC). My complaint was RMC is engaged in fraud. Regretfully, the credit card company can't act on fraud, however, they can on things like not receiving what you have paid for. I also wrote the people (about 3 dozen) responding to my ad with RMC. It is my belief the recipients of my letters are either shills or ficticious characters materialized by RMC to encourage further draining of their unsuspecting and trusting clients. Within 48 hours my account was suspended without cause or contact.

This is not the final chapter of this story. I have dealt with organizations like this before. I am not an eye for an eye person. If I am violated without provocation I want the whole head. Before this is over, this crook or crooks will get to know people from the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General, their local District Attorney and the F.B.I., personally. I will update this message as the need arises.
