This will work I sumbitted my claim to the Florida Dividsion of Consumer Reports in Feb, 04. Mid March I now have a check in my hand and am on the way to the bank. If Ramada Plaza Resort is holding your funds hostages, simply write a letter to Ben Brown Florida Department of Agriculture Division of Consumer Services 2005 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee, FL 32399-6500.
