Ramada Limited Windsor | Windsor, ON N8W 1Z7 Hotel Ramada Hotel Windsor Ontario Hotel stole $250 from my credit card Windsor Ontario
Booked a room at Ramada Limited Windsor for 2 nights. The first night lost power in the room as we switched the TV on. We found that 4 appliances were connected to the same plug. Called front desk and electricity was back on again. Smoke was generated when the switch tripped. Stayed the night and left back home. I discovered a week alter that the hotel charged my credit card which was on their file with $250 charge for “the smoke”
When contacted the hotel to get my money back the manager refused. Highway robbery is what I can describe this hotel. I don’t want to describe how bad the hotel was as reviews on the net can clearly describe this hotel. In addition Ramada management uses credit cards on file as they see fit
