Just an Update from the last time I had trouble with Ramada Plaza Resort. TO let you know, there is hope if you feel you have been ripped off. I charged $698 for the Ft. lauderdale trip. I was told that airfare was included and found out when i receive my package that airfare was not included. I immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute against the charges.. I also faxed a letter, demanding my money back from Daniel Lamber (vice president of ramada) at 954-568-3847. I also faxed the same letter to Charles Bronson (commisioner of Florida)-department of agriculture and consumer services. This was a few weeks ago. I just received a letter from Charles Bonson the other day stating that he has acknowledged my complaint and an investigation is going on. I just called ramada today to talk about the whole incident since my credit card company wanted a date i tried to contact to resolve the issues. I called the ramada resort and found out the charge to my credit card was CANCELED which was a shock to me.. The advice i have to give is write an angry letter stating that you have contactd you state attorney officer, florida commissioner, and that you have a good lawyer who will fight for your right I did and now i dont' have to pay or worry about the trip.
