Just call up the customer service number with your reciept # example PM1125-002TQ They are REQUIRED to refund BY LAW and by Credit Card Laws...there is a statatory period of which you can cancel...i believe its like 15 or 30 days. Just call them up. Oh by the way...if you call the number on your "invitation" DEMAND to talk to a supervisor...no matter what the rep says. Make sure you get a customer service number from them before you hang up...if they hang up on you...CALL BACK Oh yea, dont let them tell you "Stop calling or we wont cancel because you are harrassing them..BULLS**T Hope this helps - Charlie
