We took a vacation to Ft. Lauderdale (sept. 2002)that was bought thru Ramada Plaza Resorts (me, my wife and little son), they called me and offer this great deal that had to be paid at the time of call 4 nights 5 days (in august 2001), before traveling I purchased one more night, upgraded to a hotel by the ocean and rented a car(big, big mistake).

When we arrived at the airport the Alamo attendant pushed me a full tank o gas, some insurance and on top of that all the taxes (recycling fee for tires and batterie, etc.).

We went to the "welcome center" (or should I call it the "You have been ripped-off center")they told me that the place where I was upgraded to had been over booked. They sent us to The Sheraton telling me that was a much better place to stay, I replied saying I wanted to stay by the beach (where I paid for) so they transfer me to another hotel the day after wich is a " DUMP " The next day I went back and ask for my money back they put in to the hotel I was booked on (which by the way is not a Ramada) I was told the way they offer such good savings is that they build new hotels from time to time and they want people to stay and promote/talk to ather people about thats a lie

thy buy your name and try to push you a time share ( if you end up buying this be prepare to spend from 3 to 6 hours of time share presentation).

Everything is prepaid. Be very carefull, and I hope that you read this before you buy it.
