Ramada Plaza Resorts ripoff liars give run around Ft Lauderdale florida
Ramada Plaza resort sent me a letter saying i could go on a trip for $698 a person. I payed and then saw all the complaints they had. I called 12 hours later to cancel and got the run around .
I had to call 7 times before i got to speak to someone. I told them I wanted to cancel and they said they cancelled it. I asked for a confimation # they refused to give me one. I asked for an email confirmation they refused. I asked for them to tell my credit card company they refused. i had to call with the credit card company on the other line without them knowing to make sure the credit card company heard them say they were cancelling. When they found out the card company was on the other line they hung up.
Do not buy anything from these morons, and if u did by law u have 3 days to cancel. they will try to stall you for 3 days then tell you there is a no refund policy. this is the 953rd complaint against them and there in the better buisness bureau.
tell everyone you know do not buy anything from these people. if your dying and they have the cure do not buy it from them
